With our remote support service all you need is an online PC connected to the device in question.
Once you have purchased the 30 minute support session we will contact you to arrange the appointment and send you all the details to make the connection.
Important: during checkout, please remember to specify in the “order notes” field the product and the subject for which you are asking for assistance, so that we can best respond to your request.
Our remote support can be provided in Italian or in English.
When should I choose the 30 minute session?
Usually the 30 minute support session is sufficient for solving a common problem or for basic product configuration, but if you have several questions, several products to configure, or if you need training on the use of a product, it may be more appropriate to opt directly for the 60 minute support session.
If in doubt, start by paying for a 30 minute support session and purchase a second if necessary.
If you are in a hurry you may want to go for a priority support session.
