With the priority support session you will be given top priority and a slot will be provided ideally on the same day, or within 24 hours of payment (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded).
Once you have purchased the priority support session, we will contact you as soon as possible and send you all the information you need to set up the connection. All you need is an online PC connected to the device in question.
The time for the remote connection will be for up to 60 minutes or until the problem is resolved, whichever comes first.
